Online Appointment Requests

If the Online Appointment Requests functionality is enabled, it works in conjunction with PatientAccess or a third-party integration such as axiUm Engage to allow your institution to receive appointment requests from prospective or existing patients.

Once the requests are submitted from outside axiUm, the Personal Planner > Lists tab > Online Requests sub-tab allows you to view and manage all online requests.
